St. Mary’s Wellness Center is South Georgia’s premier mental health treatment facility, specializing in evidence-based treatments for adolescents aged 13-17. We help young clients understand, grow, and recover from anxiety, depression, and more, through symptom management, self-care practices, and the development of essential life skills
Residential
We specialize in providing comprehensive mental health care through our residential treatment programs. We provide the time, space, and support you need to recover.
Partial Hospitalization
A step-down from residential treatment or medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Programming is designed to progress you towards comprehensive recovery.
Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programming is designed to help individuals gradually manage symptoms of mental health disorders while still living at home and engaging in everyday activities.

At St. Mary’s Wellness Center, we maintain a small census to ensure each adolescent receives the personalized care they deserve. Our residential treatment programs are designed specifically for adolescents aged 13-17, focusing on evidence-based therapies and approaches that promote emotional healing and long-term recovery.

What We Treat
Schizophrenia
Our staff has the expertise to aid in the treatment for those experiencing schizophrenia. Our programming is designed specifically for each patient, using our experience to address the complexities of this disorder.
Schizoaffective Disorder
We understand the two major types of schizoaffective disorder: bipolar and depressive. With proper diagnosis, our programming addresses the unique complexities of each individual, allowing us to properly treat them.
Bipolar Disorder
We treat complex diagnoses which may include bipolar disorder with psychosis, bipolar disorder and anxiety, and bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder
Depression
Our staff and programming include treating clients with complex diagnoses associated with depression, which include treatment-resistant depression and persistent depressive disorder.
