Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that modifies problem behaviors, beliefs, and emotions by altering the underlying thought processes. It combines cognitive therapy—which focuses on changing negative or disruptive thought patterns—with behavior therapy. This results in changing unhelpful or damaging behaviors.

Medication Stabilization

Medication stabilization is a form of on-site medication management provided by a psychiatrist. It is primarily used in individuals with severe thought disorders and clients who struggle with maintaining a healthy mental state or have become medication non-complaint for an extended period of time.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a therapy that helps individuals to become more aware of negative, inaccurate thinking. By increasing this awareness, a person can address challenging situations in a more constructive way, thereby reducing stress. The goal of DBT is for people to accept themselves and work through negative emotions to have better stress tolerance for life’s inevitable obstacles
